We thoroughly
check the residential dwelling in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.1
We report on
the condition of all visible components and our comprehensive report will
provide you with the information you need to determine the condition of the
different elements of the dwelling as well as any garage or out buildings.

Electrical
Our inspector
will view and report on the visible condition of electrical fittings such as power
points and lights. We will also check if circuits are protected by a RCD.
We are not
licensed electricians so our inspector will not test any electrical fittings or
check on wiring. We can arrange for a detailed electrical inspection and report
by a licensed electrical contractor if you feel it is needed.
Plumbing
Our inspector
will view and report on the condition of taps, baths, basins, showers, and the
inspector will also look inside cupboards under sinks to see if there any
obvious signs of leaks.
We are not
licensed plumbers so our inspector will not test any of the plumbing or check
hot water services. We can arrange for a detailed plumbing inspection and report
by a licensed plumber if you feel it is needed.
Fewer Surprises

the thrill of buying your home, unpleasant surprises may diminish the joy.
Imagine discovering the kitchen joinery is damp affected and needs replacing
